What I Am Working To Achieve and Why

Most women live their lives in response to other people's needs. They often lose their sense of individual identity and get stuck in an unfulfilled place. They do not know how to redefine, refocus and move forward into their full potential. They often lose sight of their own dreams, or have never explored one. Women need encouragement and practical steps to identify and accomplish their goals. Women need to align with other women to support and encourage each other in building their individual identities through pursuing their dreams, rather than competing and comparing themselves to one another. This has been the strongest recurring theme and need I have seen in the thousands of women I have interacted with in 23 years of counseling and speaking.
